Last year, your generosity allowed us to exceed our goal and allowed us to continue living out our mission!
This year, however, the challenges have been greater than ever. Rising costs, increased homelessness, and limited food availability have pushed more people to our doors. Many of those we serve—especially the elderly and disabled—are struggling just to put food on the table.
On Thursday, September 18, CCA will participate in North Texas Giving Day, our biggest fundraiser of the year.
This is an incredible opportunity to make your gift go further and directly impact the lives of those who need it most. I know you have many worthy causes to consider, but I humbly ask you to keep CCA in your heart and prayers.
"Every dollar makes a difference. Your gift means a child goes to bed with a full stomach, a senior doesn’t have to choose between food and medicine, and a family facing crisis finds hope. This year, we’ve been able to expand our services through a remodel of our food pantry and a generous grant from the Tarrant Food Bank, moving to a client-choice model that allows families to choose the foods they need—restoring dignity while fighting hunger. Still, demand continues to outpace our resources."
